Healthy Thoughts

Life is about facing different situations, different difficulties, different happenings, like one can sometime be having too much things to do, sometimes he must have nothing but thoughts like me to share here on his blog, or sometimes he must be wondering of what to do?. sometimes one might want to be alone, sometimes one might want to have someones company, perhaps one, two or many. similarly human life involves feelings, this feeling of happiness, joy, worriedness, sadness. Always we have things to do, or things to think. i guess this is what life is about. 

Thing for a second, what a dead person has to do? i know a stupid question it is, the answer is simple one word 'nothing'. then there comes another question, why? because thats what makes him to be. i mean a person who does not think, don't do anything, don't struggle etc. don't have any ambition, any target, we call him to be a dead person. 

Sometimes you being a live, and healthy and strong, but this very thing 'Mood' don't want you to be appear as a live person. makes you a dead person in the eyes of others. what you do then? simple if you really care about others thought about you, you actually want to change your appearing status infront of them and you struggle to change your status from being dead to a live person in their eyes. previously i do mention about others expectations, so you do things to live upto their expectations. now the point is if you dont care about others expectations, you simply don't mind, what so ever other think about you.

But in case you really do care, as i wrote above, you start struggles to change your status. here comes a problem of how to bring this change. because it is this very moment that you cant even possibly find whats wrong with you. you happens to be an active member of the family or society, and now here you are lying sluggishly on your bed. just passing time by don't know for sure anything, but not specifically on any particular thing or thought. however many thoughts comes to you, but very rarely you do act upon it.

Sometimes you have to prove to other that you are not worthless, may because you think of yourself as worthless in other eyes, or may be others really think of you as worthless, which is something no one will ever appreciate about himself or herself. in order to prove yourself, the first thing here is to believe that you do really care about others. the second thing important is to believe in yourself.  only then you can bring change what so ever the change you want to. 

As long as you live in this world, try to be up to something worthy in your life, don't waste any of the precious moment in your life, don't spend your living life as dead one. be a healthy person. of course, healthy thoughts are important, very important for a person to be healthy. Make sure of yourself to have an owner of healthy thoughts. you will found yourself in a healthy life living. :)
